(BCN) -- The number of homeless high school students and families in one East San Jose school district has increased threefold in just three years. The East Side Union High School District has approximately 900 unhoused students, compared to 300 in 2020. (BCN) -- For many Americans, Thanksgiving is a holiday for gathering around the table with loved ones for a delicious meal, oftentimes with a parade or football on the television. They are ancestral to San Francisco, San Mateo, most of Santa Clara, Alameda, Contra Costa and portions of Napa, Santa Cruz, Solano and San Joaquin counties.
