A man has died following a early Sunday morning shooting in downtown Denver, according to police.At 3:16 a.m., Denver police tweeted that it was investigating a shooting in the area of 22nd and Lawrence streets where one person was sent a hospital. The man shot was “pronounced deceased on scene” in an update Sunday afternoon.UPDATE: The victim, an adult male, was pronounced deceased on scene. (BCN) -- As many as three lanes of southbound U.S. Highway 101 will be closed in Sausalito and Mill Valley beginning at 5 p.m. Monday for work on the Richardson Bridge, Caltrans said. The lane closures will extend from 5 p.m. to 5 a.m. each day through Thursday, Caltrans said in a statement Saturday. TORONTO (AP) — Blue Jays shortstop Bo Bichette left Sunday’s game against Cleveland after five innings because of a sore right quadriceps.Bichette returned Aug. 19 after missing 16 games because of right knee tendinitis. Toronto went 8-8 without him.Bichette grounded out to second base in the fifth and did not run hard to first.
